GLSC全球供应链大会（Global Supply Chain Conference）创立于2013年，致力于推动供应链创新与进步；是一个“立足中国，链接世界”的全球供应链创新网络与合作平台。

GLSC, the Global Supply Chain Conference, was established in 2013 with a focus on promoting supply chain innovation and progress. It is a global network and collaborative platform that aims at "be based in China and connect the world." 

GLSC以引领供应链变革著称，吸引了众多全球供应链创新领导者及业界专家加入GLSC网络，探讨当今供应链所面临的主要问题，积极寻求解决这些挑战的创新方法和有效途径，并为之建立更高效的链接。

GLSC is renowned for leading supply chain transformation and has attracted numerous global supply chain innovation leaders and industry experts to join the GLSC network to explore the main challenges faced by the supply chain today, actively seeking innovative approaches and effective solutions to address these challenges, and establishing more efficient links for this purpose.

GLSC Awards通过设立供应链奖旨在表彰供应链方⾯具有卓越成就的组织和个人，激发供应链创新，实现可持续发展。

GLSC Awards aims to commend organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in the supply chain by setting up supply chain awards, stimulate breakthrough supply chain innovation and achieve sustainable development.

Award settings

GLSC奖设立创新类和年度最佳类两个类别的奖项，以推动供应链突破创新、卓越运营和可持续发展为宗旨，经过报名/提名、专家评审等流程决定最终的获奖者；每个类别奖项根据年度参赛质量，不超过10名，颁发证书和奖杯，奖项允许空缺。

The GLSC awards are divided into two categories: innovation and best of the year, with the goal of promoting breakthrough innovation, excellent operation, and long-term supply chain development. The final winner is determined through registration/nomination, expert review, and other processes. According to the annual competition quality, no more than 10 certificates and trophies will be awarded in each category, and the awards may be vacant.

供应链创新奖以表彰在突破供应链挑战中取得卓越成绩和积极影响的组织/团队；

The Supply Chain Innovation Award recognizes outstanding achievements and positive impacts in overcoming supply chain challenges.

数智奖

Smart Solution Award

供应链数智奖以表彰处在早期应用别具创新与潜力、未来有可能改变传统价值链的智能化解决方案。

The Smart Solution Award honors intelligent solutions that have demonstrated unique innovation and potential in early application and have the potential to disrupt the traditional value chain in the future.

最佳首席供应链官 

Best Chief Supply Chain Officer

最佳首席供应链官旨在表彰供应链领域取得杰出成就和引领供应链变革的首席供应链官。

Best Chief Supply Chain Officer recognizes the chief supply chain officer who has made outstanding contributions to the supply chain field and led supply chain reform.

最佳首席物流官 

BestChief Logistics Officer

最佳首席物流官旨在表彰物流领域取得杰出成绩并推动行业变革的首席物流官。

Best Chief Logistics Officer recognizes the chief logistics officer who has made outstanding achievements in logistics and promoted industry reform.

申报资格

Declare qualification

拥有、运营或管理实体供应链的公司均有资格申报，创新奖鼓励推动创新的团队/机构独立申报或创新协同伙伴经授权联合申报。

Companies that own, operate, or manage physical supply chains are eligible to declare, and innovation awards encourage innovative teams/institutions to declare independently, or innovative collaborative partners to declare jointly with authorization.

1、申报主体资质文件，如：营业执照电子照片或扫描件；

Declare the subject's qualification documents, such as electronic photos or scanned copies of the business license.

2、《GLSC奖申报公函》[1]  盖公章（鲜章）后的电子照片或扫描件；

Electronic photos or scanned copies of the GLSC Award Declaration Letter, which has been stamped with the official seal (new seal).

3、技术与服务提供方申报应用创新型成果需获得项目使用方授权，提供《GLSC奖申报授权公函》[2]  盖公章（鲜章）后的电子照片或扫描件。

The technology and service provider must obtain project user authorization to declare the application of innovative achievements, as well as provide electronic photos or scanned copies of the Letter of Authorization for GLSC Award Declaration stamped with the official seal (fresh seal).

总结创新（总结最突出创新点，建议不超过3个，限300字）

Summarize innovation (in 300 words or less, summarize the most outstanding innovation points).

问题/挑战（描述突破前的挑战和主要问题，限600字）

Problems/challenges (in 600 words or less, describe the challenges and main problems that existed prior to the breakthrough).

创新方法（介绍有效解决问题的创新解决方案或行动，限600字）

Innovative methods (introducing novel solutions or actions to effectively solve problems, with a word limit of 600)

卓越成绩（阐述创新所带来的改变和成绩，如：创收、降本和客户满意度，提高生产力、竞争力、影响力和减少对环境影响的一个或多个方面变化和可量化的成绩，限600字）

Outstanding achievements (in 600 words or less, describe the changes and achievements brought about by innovation, such as income generation, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction, as well as one or more changes and quantifiable achievements in improving productivity, competitiveness, influence, and reducing environmental impact.)

创新评价（对突破供应链创新的积极影响和重要意义，限300字）

Evaluation of innovation (positive influence and significance of breakthrough supply chain innovation in 300 words)

奖项评审

Award evaluation

奖项申报/提名并通过资格审核后，将由GLSC奖聘请业界知名人士、专家学者和实战精英组成的评审委员会，按照评审的原则和标准，以独立的判断力决定最终的获奖者，保证了GLSC奖公益性与独立性。

After the award has been declared/nominated and passed the qualification examination, GLSC Award will hire a judging committee comprised of industry celebrities, experts and scholars, and actual combat elites, and the final winner will be determined by independent judgment according to the judging principles and standards, ensuring the public welfare and independence of GLSC Award.

报名 Registration

2023年6月15日-8月15日，参赛报名/提名和资格审核；

June 15-August 15, 2023, registration/nomination and qualification review;

评审 Evaluation

2023年8月18日，由专家评审委员会决定获奖者；

On August 18th, 2023, the winners will be decided by the expert evaluation committee;

颁奖 Awards

2023年9月6日，获奖者在2023年全球供应链大会上公布并举办隆重的颁奖典礼。

On September 6, 2023, the winners announced and held a grand award ceremony at the 2023 Global Supply Chain Conference.

相关费用

Correlative charges

GLSC奖是一个以供应链网络为核心的年度激励计划，不向参赛企业和个人收取报名费、评审费 （可能发生的产品运输、保险费、陈述、考察的相关费用由参赛者自行承担），参赛企业/机构代表出席盛典、展览、推广、交流等活动的差旅、食宿、会议费用自行承担。

The GLSC Award is an annual incentive plan that focuses on the supply chain network. There is no registration or evaluation fee charged to participating enterprises or individuals (the possible expenses related to product transportation, insurance, presentation, and inspection shall be borne by the participants themselves), and the representatives of participating enterprises/institutions attending the grand ceremony, exhibition, promotion, and exchange activities shall bear their own travel, accommodation, and meeting expenses.

生效与解释权

Entry into force and interpretation

主办方有对本规则进行修改和解释的权利。但是，除参赛者同意外，参赛者对参赛产品等拥有一切的知识产权和商标权；本规则自公布日起立即生效至另行通告为止。

The organizer has the right to modify and interpret these rules. However, except for the consent of the contestants, the contestants have all intellectual property rights and trademark rights over the products. These rules shall take effect immediately from the date of promulgation until further notice.
